Neesham continued his good form in the 2013-14 season, scoring 759 runs and taking 24 wickets in the Plunket Shield, New Zealand's first-class competition. In the IPL, Neesham has played for the Kolkata Knight Riders, the Delhi Daredevils, and the Kings XI Punjab. He was bought by the Kolkata Knight Riders for INR 50 lakhs in the 2014 IPL auction but did not get a chance to play many matches. He was then bought by the Delhi Daredevils for INR 1.5 crores in the 2015 IPL auction but could not make an impact due to injury. In the 2019 IPL auction, he was bought by the Kings XI Punjab for INR 50 lakhs. He played 5 matches in the tournament and scored 86 runs and took 3 wickets.

In the CPL, Neesham has played for the Jamaica Tallawahs and the Guyana Amazon Warriors. He played for the Jamaica Tallawahs in the 2014 and 2015 seasons, where he scored 238 runs and took 11 wickets in 16 matches. He was then bought by the Guyana Amazon Warriors for the 2016 season and played a crucial role in their journey to the final. He scored 125 runs and took 10 wickets in 11 matches.

In the PSL, Neesham has played for the Lahore Qalandars and Islamabad United. He was bought by the Lahore Qalandars for the 2017 season but did not get a chance to play many matches. He was then bought by Islamabad United for the 2018 season and played a crucial role in their title-winning campaign.
